We are proud to welcome Mrs. Jamie Kirk, one of our school graduates, as a St. James teacher!
She has lived in Belvidere for most of her life, attending St. James from first through eighth grade. She was an early graduate of Belvidere High School in 2005. She then received her Associates of Applied Science in Earlier Childhood Education, at the Elgin Community College in the fall of 2006. Throughout college she has had the privilege of working with children newborn up to age five. She truly enjoys teaching young children and watching their reactions to new discoveries.
Mrs. Kirk was married in 2008 and has a beautiful baby boy. They both enjoy going on vacations and taking rides on their Harley. Her favorite things to do are taking pictures and scrapbooking.

Welcome Cara Vermett. Mrs. Vermett is new to St. James starting August 2011. She is teaching our second pre-K 4 year old class.
