Mrs. Kelly began teaching at St. James during the 1984-1985 school year. During her years at St. James she has held many positions. When Mrs. Kelly started teaching at St. James she taught a 3rd-4th grade combination class. After that she taught third grade for many years, before becoming the LD Resource and Title I teacher. Currently she is teaching fourth grade.
Mrs. Kelly graduated from Alverno College in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education. Mrs. Kelly also has a Master of Arts in Teaching degree from Rockford College with an emphasis on Learning Disabilities and Social/Emotional Disorders.
In her spare time, Mrs. Kelly enjoys reading and spending time with her grandchildren. She also loves to visit the beach in Pensacola, Florida. In the near future she hopes to learn to quilt.
